Immunoglobulin G (IgG) is an immunoglobulin monomer consisting of two (gamma) heavy chains and two light chains. Each IgG molecule contains two antigen binding domains and a single effector (Fc) domain. Assay Designs offers isotyping kits and antibodies in a variety of formats for the detection of human, mouse, rabbit, rat, sheep, and goat IgG.

Purified rabbit IgG (whole molecule).
特异性 :
Based on IEP and/or ELISA, reacts with whole molecule rabbit IgG, and also the light chains of other rabbit immunoglobulins. No antibody detected against non-immunoglobulin serum proteins. Antibody tested by ELISA and/or solid-phase adsorbed to ensure minimal cross-reaction with human serum proteins.

Liquid. In 0.005M TRIS-hydrogen chloride, pH 8.0, containing 0.125M sodium chloride, 7.5mg/ml BSA (IgG-free, protease-free), 50% glycerol, and 0.025M sodium azide.
