Frozen (acetone), paraformaldehyde, and methanol fixation work well for immunostaining. Doesn't appear to work for ELISA nor Flow cytometry. The MW observed by western blotting was 220 kDa (38 kDa and 190 kDa fibronectin A chain precursor). The epitope was mapped to the cell binding domain.
